DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
Building on the foundation laid by our parent company Taiwan Generation Corporation's years of experience in offshore wind farm development, we continue to invest resources, combine international professional operation and maintenance technology and local talents, and are committed to providing integrated operation and maintenance services for Taiwan's offshore wind farms, and Enrich local offshore wind farm operation and maintenance energy so that wind farms can continue to provide clean energy to this land we love in an efficient, reliable and safe manner.

2015 | ---------------------------------------- | Dec The ICP proposal was delivered to ICPO by ECN and Raytheon. TOWSC signed the agreement, Fuhai Met Mast O&M Services Provision, with Fuhai Wind Farm Corporation. Since then TOWSC started executing the O&M services including O&M planning, contract management, electricity system and equipment maintenance, logistics management, data collection and analysis, and the interface management of subcontractors. |

2017 | --------------------------------------- | Aprl Signed an MoU with CIP for the "Right to Match" O&M services for three offshore wind farm projects in Taiwan: Xidao (Site A), Changfang (Site 27), and Fufang (Site 28). May IDB officially approved the "Technology Transfer of Offshore Wind Farm O&M" ICP project, with TOWSC, TPC, CSC, MIRDC, and SOIC as recipients, and TOWSC as the sole private company involved. Dec TOWSC and OutSmart signed an MoU to enhance O&M capacity and localize the offshore wind industry through collaboration with domestic companies. |
| Mar Launched the "Technology Transfer of Offshore Wind Farm O&M Project" under Taiwan's Industrial Cooperation Programs (ICPs), with ECN sharing O&M expertise through classroom and on-site training. Apr TOWSC team members completed GWO BST – Working at Height training and received certifications. Aug Signed an MoU with SeaZip to establish a logistics hub for offshore wind farms in Changhua. Sep Collaborated with SeaRoc to develop a localized HSE system (ISO 14001 & 45001). Team members earned ECN O&M Big Data certification. Nov Team members completed ECN O&M Load Monitoring certification. |

| Feb Signed a Framework Agreement with a Danish wind turbine OEM for O&M services. Mar As a local O&M service provider, signed a Preferred Supplier Agreement with the OEM for annual O&M services for 3.2 MW wind farms. Apr to Oct Sent qualified technicians to execute O&M services, including annual services, TMSE inspection, retrofitting, and troubleshooting for wind farms in Hsinchu and Miaoli.
