TOWSC's operations and maintenance (O&M) service team is composed of skilled technicians trained to support every phase of your project. Whether it's inspecting and maintaining critical systems within the transition piece or ensuring the optimal function of auxiliary equipment such as cranes, lifts, and ventilation systems, our team is committed to delivering tailored solutions and long-term reliability.

Qualifications & Certificates 

GLOBAL WIND STANDARD TRAINING
 
TOWSC prioritizes global industry standards for our in-house resources by sending team members to MTIC for GWO basic and advanced certifications, including BTT, BTTI, and SLS. This commitment ensures TOWSC to provide internationally certified technicians to the field. 
 
WTG OEM TECHNICAL TRAINING

 

Committed to providing specialized technical training for servicing WTG OEMs. The training equips our technicians with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills for optimal performance and maintenance of OEM systems. Covering critical processes such as pre-assembly, installation, and commissioning.
TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROGRAM
 
TOWSC applies to the Government for an Industrial Cooperation Program (ICP) in which Energy research Center of the Netherlands (ECN) will transfer their knowledge of O&M and experiences from European wind farms.
 

Internal Training Programme

Through hands-on learning and an extensive training portal, we equip new joiners with offshore standards and keep experienced technicians updated on the evolving wind industry.
 
 
 
❶ Technicians can be trained locally in both theory and practical, preparing them to be able to go offshore without issue.

 

❷ Assets will be worked on in a professional manner with confidence and a sense of passion.
